Outer Carton Requestment
- The outer carton is recommended to be new and sturdy. Do not have the logo or info which is not related to the goods.
- Please use the clear opp gummed tape to seal the carton outer box, don’t use the tape in color.
- Please attach one “Made in China” label or print the “Made in China” on the outer carton.
- The longest side length need less than 100cm.
- The second longest side length need less than 76cm.
- (Width + Height)*2 + Length<296, use cm as the length unit.

The size of the carton is based on the data actually measured by us after the goods arrive at our company warehouse.
Weight Requestment
- Max gross weight for one outer carton with items is 30Kg (A forklift fee of usd$25/carton will be charged for goods whose chargeable weight exceeds 30kg but less than 45kg)
- If a waybill contains multiple cartons, then the minimum chargeable weight for each carton is 10kg
The gross weight of the carton is based on the data actually measured by us after the goods arrive at our company warehouse.
Compensation
- In the process of transportation, if all the goods are lost and cannot be found within 3 months from the date of delivery, or detained by customs, the compensation will be CNY40/KG (up to the value of the goods). No compensation for delay.
- If your goods are not delivered after being picked up by UPS/DPD, there will be no compensation.
- If the recipient refuses to accept or the receiving address is wrong cause UPS/DPD cannot deliver successfully, the goods will be regarded as abandoned and be destroyed.
- Please ensure the quality of the packing and cartons. If the cartons are damaged in whole or in part during transportation, no compensation will be made.
